  VERY slow. Uncoordinated order prep. Drive thru line way too long. Went inside, two people ahead of me. After I finally got my order 15 minutes after placing it - a simple breakfast sandwich and hash browns - I shared with one of the servers that people who came in after me received their orders before me and I asked why that occurred, since the orders are numbered. She said she "didn't know and that it was busy back there." Unacceptable. I asked to speak with the manager. She said she "didn't THINK the manager was here." I asked if a lady behind her was the manager. She didn't know. Really? I asked the other server and she got the manager (the lady whom I thought was the manager) for me. Unbelievable! I LOATHE poor customer service! Even the napkin dispensers were empty. Unacceptable all the way around.

  I travel all over MD. Wherever I go I visit DD. This has got to be the worse experience I've ever had. From the moment I pulled up and was greeted by a rude employee. No caramel, no muffins. Get up to the window and get the wrong coffee then proceed to wait for five minutes for my bagel. Meanwhile at least 5 people inside, including the manager, saw me sitting there. Finally get my bagel, it's cold and they gave me strawberry cream cheese. Didn't even apologize. I would drive out of my way to go to a different DD.
