  Staff is very friendly and I've gone there numerous times, however, today I discovered a very long strand of hair in my iced coffee mid-way through. It was pretty disgusting. I'd advise staff to wear hair nets. I called and informed them of my disgusting discovery and she asked me to return and offered me free donuts and more iced coffee if I did... Not sure why I'd wanna return after discovering a long strand of hair in my iced coffee... :-/

  I was on a road trip from NC back home to NYC when my family and I decided to stop here for coffee and breakfast. Later, back at home I realized that I had left my purse at this Dunkin donuts! I called and one of the employees had my purse and said he would keep it safe for me until the owner came in on Monday. The owner was kind enough to mail the purse back to me. I offered him some money but he would not accept it. It was a refreshing reminder that good people still do exist! Thank you!
  
  As far as the atmosphere goes, this is a quiet, larger-than-average Dunkin donuts with comfortable seating. Coffee and food tasted fresh and customer service was excellent.

  We stayed at red roof inn and walked over to grab a snack when they had already closed the inside and we didn't realize that but the manager (didn't catch his name wish I would have) still opened the door and invited us in. We some some donuts and he gave us 4 free donuts. Such great service and the donuts were awesome! Will be returning in the morning for breakfast!
